An engineer, an entrepreneur, and a scholar—in one transformation architect.
4Biz is a boutique transformation firm founded by Dr. Hakan Tetik, turning strategy, customer, product and organization into AI-era capability for the companies that lead their markets.

Thought into structure. Structure into value. Value into impact.
For more than 35 years, Dr. Hakan Tetik has done one thing in many forms—turned ideas into systems that change how organizations think, decide and grow. He describes himself as a transformation architect, and a rule-breaker (Kural Yıkıcı): someone who refuses to accept that the way things are is the way they have to be.
Three disciplines meet in how he works. An engineering mind (İTÜ Computer Engineering) gives him rigor; a business core (MBA in German Business) gives him the commercial lens; a PhD in marketing gives him the theory. Together they let him do the rare thing—analyze deeply, see the whole system, and make the abstract genuinely usable.
He is not only an advisor to builders; he is one. He founded and ran his first company while still a student and has launched 10+ ventures since—so when he talks about strategy, scaling or transformation, he speaks from the operator's chair, not the sidelines.
Since 2006 he has advised leading companies across Turkey and internationally—among them Henkel, Pfizer, Novartis, P&G, KPMG, Turkcell, Ford Otosan, Arçelik, Garanti BBVA and Eczacıbaşı—on strategy, customer, product, culture and leadership. He holds board seats, mentors C-level leaders one-to-one, and has taught at Koç University's Executive Development Center for over a decade. Since 2019 his focus has sharpened onto AI, unlearning, design thinking, agility and collective intelligence.
He is the author of many books and a keynote speaker who works in four languages—English, Turkish, German, and the language of the boardroom—translating advanced ideas into the plain, decisive language leaders actually use.
The methods behind the work.
Hakan doesn't borrow frameworks—he builds them. Each of these is a reusable method 4Biz uses to move organizations from insight to impact.
The DIKEW Model
Data → Information → Knowledge → Experience → Wisdom: how organizations climb from raw data to the wisdom that drives real decisions.
Future-Back Thinking
Design the future you want, then work backward to the moves that get you there—so strategy leads the market instead of chasing it.
The Unlearning Method
In the age of AI, the edge isn't only what you learn—it's what you let go of. A disciplined way to retire the models that no longer serve.
Smart Rightsizing
Redesigning the organization around the right roles and capacity for growth—by design, not across-the-board cuts.
The Customer Shift™
A five-stage path from customer-blind to customer-led, turning experience data into decisions and growth.
The 4×4
Four functions, four competencies, four languages, four formats—the operating logic that keeps the breadth of the work coherent.
Four functions. Four competencies. Four formats.
The "4" was never generic. It's the operating logic of the firm—and why the breadth stays coherent.
