For 35+ years, Dr. Hakan Tetik has turned thought into structure, structure into value, and value into impact. An engineering mind (İTÜ Computer Engineering), a business core (MBA, German Business) and a PhD in marketing meet a founder's instinct—he built his first company as a student and has launched 10+ ventures since.
He has advised the leading companies of Turkey and the world—Henkel, Pfizer, Novartis, P&G, Turkcell, Ford Otosan, Arçelik, Garanti BBVA and many more—and has taught at Koç University's Executive Development Center for over a decade. Since 2019 his work has centered on AI, unlearning and collective intelligence.
He calls himself a rule-breaker (Kural Yıkıcı) and a transformation architect—working in four languages: Turkish, English, German, and the boss's language (Patron Dili).
